Yes, most days. Slots after 6 PM book up first; if you need an evening slot, message us before 2 PM that day. Morning and afternoon slots are usually available with 2–3 hours' notice.
For a 60-minute treatment, plan about 75 minutes total — about 4 minutes for setup, the full treatment time, and about 8 minutes for the therapist to pack up. For a 90-minute treatment, plan about 105 minutes.
Yes. Once you've had a session you loved, message us with the therapist's name and we'll try to match her to your future bookings — subject to her schedule.
Yes. We operate from 9 AM, all 7 days, including Sundays and most public holidays. Last home appointment slot starts at 7 PM — no later. Weekend afternoon slots are our busiest, so book ahead if possible.
Our prices range from ₹449 (30-min Indian Head Massage) to ₹1,949 (90-min Body Polish & Massage combo). A standard 60-minute Swedish massage costs ₹899.
All prices include GST. There are no hidden charges or on-arrival upcharges.
No. You pay the full amount on GPay or any UPI app only after the session is complete. Your therapist will show you a QR code when she's done.
GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and any other UPI app. We also accept cash if UPI is not working. We do not currently accept cards or net banking on the spot.
Yes — and 100% of any tip goes to the therapist, never to the brand. You can tip in cash, by GPay direct to her UPI, or by adding to the session bill and asking us to forward it.
Yes. Our 5-Session Bundle is ₹4,049 (10% off, valid 3 months). Our 10-Session Annual is ₹7,640 (15% off, valid 12 months). Both apply to any 60-minute massage.
Packages are paid up-front via GPay.
Yes. Gift vouchers are available from ₹899 in any value. We send a branded digital card to the recipient (or to you to forward). Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Two reasons. First, we don't send a portable massage table by default — most Mumbai apartments don't have the floor space, and we save the cost. Second, we run leaner operations on WhatsApp instead of a heavy app.
We pass both savings on to you, while paying our therapists 55–60% of every session — which is industry-leading.
Our most-booked service is the 60-minute Swedish massage at ₹899, followed by the 60-minute Deep Tissue massage at ₹989. Our flagship Signature Northeast Ritual at ₹1,499 is the most-booked premium service.
Swedish uses long, gliding strokes with light-to-medium pressure — best for relaxation and first-time spa visitors.
Deep Tissue uses slower, focused pressure on chronic muscle knots — best for desk shoulder, low back stiffness, or sports recovery.
Deep Tissue is priced slightly higher (₹989 vs ₹899) because it's more physically demanding for the therapist.

Yes. Prenatal from 14 weeks onwards with doctor clearance — side-lying with pillow support, gentle Swedish strokes, no abdominal pressure.
Postnatal from 6 weeks postpartum with doctor clearance — warm sesame oil, gentle pressure, traditional postpartum protocol.
For two women in the same home, yes. We send two therapists, set up in adjacent rooms or in the same large room with privacy screens. Cost is double the single-session rate, with no additional travel surcharge for the second therapist.
Always. Tell your therapist at the start of the session if you want extra time on a specific area (back, neck, feet). She'll adjust the routine accordingly within the booked duration.
Please tell us at booking and we'll route you to a senior therapist. For some conditions (recent surgery, advanced varicose veins, DVT history, certain heart conditions, third-trimester pregnancy without doctor clearance) we'll respectfully decline and suggest you consult your physician first.
Yes. 100% of our therapists are women. We are a women-owned business and we serve women only. We do not take bookings from men.
Northeast India is one of the world's deepest reservoirs of women-led healing tradition. Meghalaya alone has 850 documented medicinal plants. Manipur's Amaibi healers are a thousand-year-old tradition of priestess-physicians.
Most of our therapists grew up in households where massage and herbal medicine are routine domestic skills passed mother-to-daughter. We name this lineage on our brand because it is the truth.
Every therapist completes a 2-week paid training in Kalina before her first customer booking. We verify government ID and two reference contacts. We do background checks. All therapists carry their Ima Wellness ID card.
Mami personally vets every new customer over WhatsApp before assigning a therapist. Any inappropriate language, suspicious tone, or male callers booking a women's service result in an immediate block. No exceptions.
No. Ima Wellness is a women-only business — women owners, women therapists, women customers. Men cannot book sessions for themselves on our platform. Men may purchase gift vouchers as a present for women in their lives.
No. Only the treatments listed on our menu — never anything else.
The 12 services on our Services page (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Abhyanga, Thai-Inspired Stretch, Indian Head Massage, Foot Reflexology, Prenatal, Postnatal, Hydrating Facial, Body Polish, Signature Northeast Ritual) are everything we do. We do not provide additional services of any kind, ever.
The session ends immediately. The therapist is instructed to leave at once. Any unpaid balance is collected afterwards. The customer is permanently blocked from booking with Ima Wellness.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on this. Our therapists' safety and dignity are not negotiable, and we will protect them — every time, without exception.
7 PM. The last home appointment of the day starts at 7 PM, no exceptions.
Our therapists travel to and from your home. Finishing the session, packing up, and travelling back to Kalina by 8:30 PM lets them get home safely. We do not run later slots, even on request.
Yes. Your address, phone number and session-specific notes are kept inside our coordinator system and never shared with anyone outside the brand. We do not share customer photos, testimonials or names without explicit written consent.
No — we do not transport a massage table by default. Carrying a 25 kg portable spa table across Mumbai by cab is logistically difficult, and most apartments here don't have the floor space anyway.
We bring everything else: a clean cotton mat, sealed-pack disposable sheets opened in front of you, premium oils, bolsters and candles. The treatment is done on the mat on the floor — which is the traditional Northeast and Indian way, and gives the therapist better leverage to use her body weight.
If you specifically need a table, request it at booking. It costs an additional ₹500 per visit to cover the additional transport difficulty.
Your therapist brings a clean cotton mat, sealed-pack disposable sheets opened in front of you, premium oils, candles, bolsters, and any product specific to your service (face mask, body polish ingredients, etc). You provide a quiet space and access to a power point. We pack everything up and leave the room as we found it.

Yes. Our therapists carry photo ID. We can pre-share the therapist's name and phone number with your building security before her arrival. Many of our regulars are in towers with strict security in Worli, Lower Parel and South Mumbai — no issues.

Not currently. Our therapists are based in Kalina and we focus on the South-and-West Mumbai belt to keep travel times short and quality high. We may expand to Navi Mumbai and Thane in 2026 — message us if you're interested so we can let you know when we launch.
Cancel more than 12 hours before the slot — no charge at all.
Cancel within 12 hours — please give us as much notice as possible so the therapist can re-plan her day.
We do not currently charge a cancellation fee for first-time customers, because we know you need to see how it works first.
It rarely happens — but if it does, you pay nothing, and we will arrange a replacement therapist within the hour or rebook you at a time of your choice with a 20% credit on the next session.
